How to use
1. Pick the frequency you want as your base frequency. There's a pack for just about every major frequency, along with what they're commonly used for.
2. Pick the binaural wave you want in the moment.
Delta is good for sleep or pain relief.
Theta is good for meditation and creativity.
Alpha is good for relaxation, focus, stress reduction, and flow state.
Beta is good for analytical thinking, attention, focus, and stimulation.
Gamma is good for memory and concentration.
Of course, there are other things that each wave is good for, and all that really matters is that you use what works best for you.
For reference, in the packs the standard delta wave is 2hz, theta is 5hz, alpha is 10hz, low beta is 15hz, mid beta is 20hz, and gamma is 30hz.
There are some other variants in the packs along the way, which will be relative to this scale - for instance, a "low delta" will be lower than 2hz (e.g. 1hz or similar), and a high delta will be higher than 2hz (e.g. 3hz or so).
You can either play your one preferred beat on repeat for an indefinite period of time, or can create a playlist that jumps around in terms of base frequencies, or keep the same base frequency and jump between the wave type.
There's no right way - use what works, that's all that matters.
Good luck, and I hope you get benefits from binaural beats!
